What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Review customer applications for various student loan programs to ensure completion and accuracy
 Handle processing, reporting, and correspondence requests related to student loans
 Adhere to applicable client requirements, policies, and federal and state regulations
 Complete tasks in a productive data entry environment while meeting quality assurance expectations
 Assist with borrower program concerns and report compliance issues to leadership
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High School diploma required
 12 months of experience in administrative support and in a business environment
 Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
 Must be a US Citizen and not in default on any Federal Student Loans
 Qualified applicants must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Bachelor's degree
 12 months of experience working on a student loan contract or in a Call Center
 Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
 Experience reviewing contracts and application documents for accuracy
