What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Review customer applications for various student loan programs to ensure completion and accuracy
• Handle processing, reporting, and correspondence requests related to student loans
• Adhere to applicable client requirements, policies, and federal and state regulations
• Complete tasks in a productive data entry environment while meeting quality assurance expectations
• Assist with borrower program concerns and report compliance issues to leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School diploma required
• 12 months of experience in administrative support and in a business environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
• Must be a US Citizen and not in default on any Federal Student Loans
• Qualified applicants must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree
• 12 months of experience working on a student loan contract or in a Call Center
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
• Experience reviewing contracts and application documents for accuracy
