Our client, a young and rapidly growing manufacturer with a revolutionary product, seeks a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated District Sales Manager to grow their dealer network and unit sales. With an established network of dealerships representing the brand, our client is planning to onboard over 40 additional dealers in the Upper Midwest region. This is an attractive opportunity to make your mark in the Powersports industry and grow with an expanding organization. The ideal candidate will be known to the regionÂs Powersports/Snowmobile dealer network, be a team player, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the role.
The Opportunity:
As a DSM you will play a critical role in driving the sales and growth of this organization. You will be responsible for developing, onboarding, managing and supporting your region within the US dealership network to achieve sales targets and grow the business. You will also represent the brand at various events, to the media, to ambassadors, organize demo days as well as providing training and support to dealers. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and under his supervision to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that will drive growth in the region. The DSM will work remotely and live within the Upper Midwest region of the U.S.

Duties and Responsibilities:  Prospect, Select and onboard new dealers  Manage and support dealership network to achieve sales targets and grow business in the region  Represent company at various events and to the media, promoting companyÂs revolutionary product  Organize and execute demo days with the help of dealers to showcase product to potential customers and generate leads  Provide training and support to dealers, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices  Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies  Conduct regular visits to dealers to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure brand standards are maintained  Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement  Manage and track inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to dealerships  Collaborate with other DSMs across North America to share best practices and ensure consistency across dealer network
Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field  Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the powersports industry  snowmobile experience helpful  Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills  Proven track record of sales success and meeting/exceeding targets  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities  Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
