What You Will Be Doing...
• Create and implement a robust sales plan to meet ambitious revenue goals
• Lead and coach a sales team to achieve top performance
• Target, qualify, and secure deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Skillfully negotiate and close contracts
• Offer leadership and direction to the sales team
• Work closely with other departments to deliver a smooth customer experience

What You Will Need
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales with a strong success record
• Background in small, fast-growing companies
• Familiarity with selling software tailored for engineering teams
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for diverse business needs
• Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts while driving new business
• Deep understanding of the sales process and best practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Proven leadership and management abilities
• Experience thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have
• Established client relationships that can be utilized to drive business development.
• Demonstrated success in accelerating growth for small, high-growth companies, from Series A to a successful exit.

• Competitive Salary and Equity: $130,000 – $150,000 per Year
