Job Description:
American Airlines is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team as remote agents. Requirements:

 Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
 Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers
 Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications
 Provide accurate information regarding policies, services, and promotions
 Resolve customer complaints and issues competently and efficiently
 Document and manage customer interactions in our database
 Stay updated on product and service changes
 Create a positive experience for every customer by demonstrating empathy and patience

Educational Qualifications:
