If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and excel at multitasking, we encourage you to apply. • *Responsibilities:** • Manage a variety of pre-litigation cases, including auto accidents, dog bites, slip and fall incidents, premise liability, pedestrian accidents, and government claims • Coordinate the intake process, including opening claims, sending representation letters, setting up medical appointments, and managing client communications • Utilize organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Interact with medical providers, clients, and insurance companies to gather necessary documentation and information • Conduct research, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records • *Requirements:** • Bilingual in Spanish (a plus) • Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required) • Minimum of 2 years of case management experience in personal injury law • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
