Documentation and Coordination:
• Maintain detailed records of reservations and client interactions using our CRM system
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all travel arrangements align with client itineraries

Quality Assurance:
• Verify the accuracy of reservation details and ensure all client preferences are met
• Monitor booking confirmations and follow up to ensure seamless execution of hotel stays
