What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution
• Resolve basic payment and account-related requests for assigned company clients
• Utilize graphical user interface (GUI) screens to provide standardized responses
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and services
• Escalate unresolved customer grievances to more experienced representatives or designated departments

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months call center experience, either remote or onsite
• Ability to work all assigned shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong problem-solving skills using provided decision trees
• Willingness to be on camera during work hours
