Description:

Requirements:
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously
 Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
 Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Responsibilities:
 Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
 Provide accurate and timely information about flight schedules, fare information, and other inquiries
 Assist customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations
 Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner
 Record and manage customer information and interactions in our CRM system
 Stay updated on Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions
 Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

Educational Qualifications:
