Requirements: • 18+ and authorized to work in the United States • Must reside in any of the following states: RI, PA, CO, MA, or NY • Must meet remote technical spec requirements - listed below • Comfortable in a performance-based job (meet/exceed fundraising targets)

Overview of Job Duties:
• Making outbound calls on behalf of our partners to folks engaged and interested in the charity.
• Advocate for issues like LGBTQIA+ Rights, Reproductive Rights, Gun Violence, Environmental Justice, and Climate Change.
• Inspire individuals through genuine conversations to become long-term monthly donors.
• Contribute positively to team culture.
• Handle questions and concerns about the charity
• There is no cold calling- leads have had some sort of interaction with the charity
