Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dover, Delaware, is seeking outgoing and friendly candidates for the Night Auditor/3rd Shift Front Desk Agent position. This role can be either full-time or part-time, depending on your availability, and operates from 11 PM to 7 AM. As the main point of contact for guests during the night, you will be responsible for running end-of-day reports... balancing cash, credit cards, tips, and various other tasks depending on the season. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong drive to provide excellent customer service.

Skills
 Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
 Basic accounting knowledge and experience with spreadsheet programs (i.e., Excel)
 Proficient in using office equipment, including computers, typewriters, and credit card terminals
 Friendly and outgoing personality with professionalism
 Basic computer knowledge in a Windows environment
 Previous experience with front desk hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Springer-Miller) is a plus
Responsibilities
 Act as the main point of contact for guests during the overnight shift
 Run end-of-day reports and balance cash and credit card transactions
 Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
 Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
 Ensure a smooth operation during night hours, including security checks
Qualifications
 Must be 18 years or older
 Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
 Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
 Ability to work 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays
