Key Responsibilities: Â Make outbound calls to builders, contractors, and architects from the provided database to introduce and promote our MEP services. Â Generate interest in our offerings by presenting the benefits and value of our services. Â Identify potential leads, qualify them, and gather relevant information. Â Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or product presentations for the sales team. Â Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system. Â Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets. Â Provide feedback and insights to help refine the outreach strategy.
Requirements: Â Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in sales, customer service, or lead generation. Â Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Â Fluent in English, Hindi, regional languages]. Â Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Â Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Â Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Preferred:
