Job Description:
We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to provide exceptional support to our valued customers and become an expert on our bedding client's products. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Â Customer Service: Â Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat. Â Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes. Â Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism. Â Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges. Â Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times. Â Product Expertise: Â Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. Â Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers. Â Stay up-to-date on... new product launches and promotions. Â Communication: Â Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing. Â Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times. Â Team Management (If applicable): Â Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives. Â Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback. Â Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries.
Skills Required:
 Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English.

 Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Experience:
 Prior experience in customer service is required.
 Experience in the bedding or home goods industry is a plus.
 Previous experience managing a team is preferred (if applicable
