Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent required
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Strong problem-solving abilities
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
 Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
 Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
 Provide information about Delta Airlines services and policies
 Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
 Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
 Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
 Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
