Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office  Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace  Customer service experience is a plus, but not required  Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:  Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat  Providing accurate information about products and services  Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner  Promoting and selling American Express products and services  Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions  Participating in training and development programs  Collaborating with team members to improve customer experiences
