We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Rep to join forces with a pioneering leader in digital technologies. This position interfaces with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel to coordinate customer equipment repairs.

This is NOT a remote position...

Pay: $20-$25/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Location: Bartlesville (on-site)

Responsibilities: • Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish • Work with Repair Techs to schedule and prioritize customer repairs • Ensure invoices are accurate and send to customers • Run reports and analyze data to recommend process changes to improve productivity • Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals

Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience OR a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments • Attention to detail, team player and self-starter • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
