What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Process incoming orders and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Utilize SAP and other customer support tools to ensure inquiries are addressed efficiently
• Maintain high service standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items and keep customers informed about available deals

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
• Must possess verbal and written communication skills, using diplomacy and discretion
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry
