This is a hybrid schedule, some time will be in center and from home. Schedule will be discussed during interview
Job Responsibilities
 Serve as the first contact for applicants; taking incoming calls and accurately entering the information into various systems.
 Navigate through multiple systems to access the appropriate information in order to provide the correct service and complete a first-call resolution for customers.
 Determine the proper protocols for follow-up calls in a timely and efficient manner.
 Possess the ability to properly de-escalate upset callers to provide the best possible service in a timely manner.
 Performs additional duties within the department as needed.
Required Qualifications And Experience
 Call center experience with handling inbound calls is preferred
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Collect, interpret, and type information efficiently and accurately
 Excellent listening and empathy skills
 Ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
 Accurate keyboarding skills, Typing speed of 25 wpm or more
 Detail-oriented
 Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
 Strong multi-tasking skills
 Ability to demonstrate empathy and handle stressful situations
 Bilingual in English and/or Spanish
 High School Diploma or GED
