Description:
• Responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients.
• Sell Leadership & Management training solutions.
• Grow national apprenticeship starts.
• Conduct briefings for apprenticeship learners and managers.
• Schedule regular service meetings to provide support to clients.
• Ensure timely production of business proposals.

Requirements: • Experience working in business development is essential. • A proven track record in building relationships and booking qualified appointments. • Experience working in/with apprenticeship training providers is highly desired. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly form connections at all levels. • A customer-orientated attitude with the ability to engage with a wide range of prospects and clients. • Practical skills to deliver independently. • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments. • A professional, enthusiastic, organised, and driven approach to your work.
