Responsibilities
 As our Customer Service Representative, youÂll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience
 Answer phones and greet clients
 Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
 Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
 Service can include responding... to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
 Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 A passion for helping others and a customer-focused mindset
 Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Proactive in problem solving
