Details for the Remote Customer Service Representative:
• Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

• MON/TUE/WED/THU/SUN 10:30am-7:00pm (off Fri/Sat)
• MON/TUE/THU/FRI/SUN 11:00am-7:30pm (off Wed, Sat)
• MON/TUES/WED/THU/SUN 11:30am-8pm (off Fri, Sat)
• MON/WED/THU/FRI/SAT 12:00pm-8:30pm (off Tues, Sun)
• MON/TUES/WED/THU/SUN 12:30pm-9pm (off Fri,Sat)
• TUES/WED/THU/FRI/SAT 1:00pm-9:30pm (off Mon, Sun)
• TUES/WED/THU/FRI/SUN 1:30pm-10pm (off Mon, Sat)
• TUES/WED/THU/FRI/SAT 1:30pm-10pm (off Mon, Sun)

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Remote Customer Service Representative:
• Handle incoming customer phone calls from current and potential customers
• Update client accounts and schedule services for HVAC technicians
• Provide technicians with well-detailed notes regarding the scheduled services
• Schedule in-home services and assist with providing dispatching updates
• Process payments, refunds, and low level escalations
• Upsell specials/promotions to customers

Job Requirements for the Remote Customer Service Representative:
• Must be highly personable and outgoing
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must be committed to providing top-notch service
• Candidates must be willing to submit to a Pre-Employment Screening, including Drug & Background Check
