What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Review project specifications and prepare detailed project costing
• Develop comprehensive proposals based on project scope and customer requirements
• Conduct site visits to understand project scope and site challenges
• Perform risk analysis and build relationships with key vendors
• Manage project scope, cost, and schedule in conjunction with site lead

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• BSc/BA in engineering, construction science, or a relevant discipline
• Minimum of five years of proven experience as an estimator or in a similar position
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles
• In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) will be an asset
• Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset
• Ability to manage relationships with key persons effectively
