 You must have excellent detail orientation, proficiency in MS Office, GDPR knowledge, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
 You will process CVs, update records, assist with admin tasks, ensure GDPR compliance, communicate with candidates and clients, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Description
Urgent
1 x 30 hour contract (10:30-16:30
1 x 17.5 hour contract (time TBC but it would be between 2-7pm)
 Accurately process CVs and update candidate records within the database.
 Support the team with administrative tasks including data entry and... filing.
 Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR regulations.
 Communicate with candidates and clients professionally via phone and email.
 Collaborate with colleagues to streamline the recruitment process.
 Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
 Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and issues promptly and effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful CV Processor Should Have
 Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
 Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
