What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical prior authorizations
• Utilize computer skills for accurate data entry and documentation
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information for authorizations
• Analyze complex problems and provide expert solutions to ensure patient coverage
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year of previous medical benefits experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and effectively use dual monitors
• Positive work attitude and willingness to assist colleagues
• Experience in a medical call center is a plus but not required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous experience in a medical call center environment
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and procedures
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
