What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions across various branches
 Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their departments and job specifications
 Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates using innovative recruiting strategies
 Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from preparation to offer negotiation
 Ensure compliance with legal standards in recruiting practices
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the construction or operations industry
 Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms
 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
 Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience in recruiting exempt sales roles in the construction industry or similar operations sectors
 Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods including Boolean searches
 Ability to travel when required (less than 10%)
