As a Senior Enterprise Software Sales Manager, youÂll lead sales efforts for financial institutions and sub-segments (banks, brokerage, insurance, RIA, trust companies). Your mission: consistently achieve Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets within the Enterprise segment. HereÂs how:  Insight-Driven Sales: Shift from product-centric to solution-centric sales. Understand and address the unique needs of enterprise clients.  Engaging Solutions: Present our offerings through interactive, innovative sales experiences.  Market Expertise: Tailor strategies for diverse sub-segments (e.g., Independent, Bank Wealth, Insurance, RIA).  Best Practices: Optimize pipeline creation, sales presentations, and deal closures.  Strategic Thought Leadership: Consult with clients, industry experts, and senior leaders. Shape eMoneyÂs perspective in the fintech and wealth management industry.  Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, senior leadership, and relationship managers.  Mentorship: Share... expertise with team members. The salary range for this position is $109,000 - $149,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.
