US Field Training Manager

Position Summary
The Manager, US Field Training is responsible for developing and training field-based sales, therapy, and clinical employees. Primary focus of training is Recor Medical products, hypertension as a disease state, and current therapies. The Manager US Field Training is wholly responsible for the procedural training of the sales, therapy, and clinical organization. As the product, procedure and therapy expert you are also expected to become procedure and product uRDN certified. The Manager US Field Training collaborates with the Director - Sales Training, e-Learning Associate, and leaders and members of the sales and marketing organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
 Lead in coordinating closely with peers to ensure that learning needs are identified, training programs are developed, and actively implements learning experiences that strengthen the capabilities of customer-facing field personnel to drive business growth.
 Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to accurately assess needs and develop targeted training programs that support achievement of the commercial business objectives
 Works as part of a training team. Serves as lead within the team for initial field training, continuing education, and ongoing training initiatives. Possess the ability to lead and deliver training for both initial field onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
 Responsible for all aspects of assigned training programs and initiatives including initial and ongoing training consisting of product, procedure and therapy training.
 Manages training supported requirements for credentialing agencies: training letters, annual competency, etc.
 Leads bi-weekly procedure calls
 Implements all elements of training for assigned programs and initiatives including training strategy, content creation, and delivery.
 Work closely with direct manager, sales and marketing partners to develop learning strategies and workshops that align to defined business objectives
 Acts as a subject matter expert in adult learning and collaborates across the department to proactively and consistently share best practices and processes.
 Ensures that all training materials reflect the latest market trends and conditions, and are compliant by following internal Medical, Regulatory and Legal review processes.
 Support mentors and proctors in assessing the effectiveness of training and the creation of follow-up programs for the continuous development of field personnel
Requirements
 Minimum 4-year degree in life science or nursing. Masters preferred
 A minimum of 10 years of professional experience along with a minimum 5 years of product/procedure training with demonstrated increasing responsibilities
 Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 apps.
 Experienced with RadiAnt DICOM viewer or OSIRIS is required
 Able to create PowerPoint presentations with imbedded MP4 files, jpegs, and modified DICOM files.
 Experience with learning management systems is required
 Video editing a plus. Cornerstone, Rehearsal, or Inkling experience a plus.
 Endovascular experience is a plus.
 Experience with SCORM compliant software  Articulate an added plus
 Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
 Must be able to support product procedures in a Cath Lab/OR environment.
 Must be able to secure required credentials to support hospital-based procedures  this includes enrollment in required credentialing agencies  ex. vaccines, background and drug check.
 Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
 40%-50% travel
Salary Range -$130,108- $167,338 (Annual Base Salary)
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
