Disney Parks International (DPI) is the organization that oversees DisneyÂs international theme parks and resorts in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo and Paris. In addition to these four Disney theme parks, DPI is also responsible for the unit that develops experiences around the world leveraging popular franchises and IPs from 20th Century Studios and National... Geographic.
What You Will Do
As an intern with the DPI organization, your journey will be filled with opportunities to learn and grow, all while contributing to our dynamic organization!
A day on the job may include:
 Compile written reports consolidating the consumer insight data collected from sites, DX segment, or corporate management teams relating to the franchise affinity and performances for each franchise within DPIÂs remit (including Duffy and Friends, Avatar, National Geographic, etc.)
 Partner with site teams to develop and maintain a monthly newsletter focused on the latest offerings for each of the DPIÂs franchises
 Brainstorm and articulate new business ideas that would support the growth and success of DPIÂs franchises
 Build compelling and impactful presentations in support of DPIÂs franchise strategy growth
 Project management including calendar coordination, meeting facilitation and follow up of activities
 Use team collaboration tools (MS Teams) to drive effective record-keeping, communication, and efficiency
 Provide support on ad hoc assignments
Required Qualifications & Skills
 Proven ability in discreet handling of confidential information
 Experienced in project management with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Adept at working in a fast-paced environment, leading multiple priorities at once, and managing time well
 Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
 Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable to change
 Possesses a positive spirit, diligence, and a desire to learn
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience working with international teams
 Mindfulness of diverse cultures and the ability to work respectfully in multi-cultural settings
 Written proficiency in one or more of the following languages: English, Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin
Education
 Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
 Undergraduate students going into their junior or senior year in (or recently graduated within the past six months) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:  Be at least 18 years of age  Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program  Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
 Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
 This internship is a hybrid position and requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace
 The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025
 Fully available from Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
 Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Glendale, CA area
 Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
