We are seeking an Online Therapy Supervisor to oversee and support our team of therapists.
Role Overview:
As an Online Therapy Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our therapists to ensure they deliver high-quality, long-term care to clients. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for someone seeking to balance professional responsibilities with personal life, while making a meaningful impact in the mental health field. Key Responsibilities: Â Provide regular supervision and guidance to therapists, ensuring best practices are followed. Â Monitor therapist performance, with a focus on client retention and long-term care. Â Support therapists with case reviews, offering professional advice and development where necessary. Â Assist therapists with scheduling, session reports, and tracking client progress. Â Address any challenges therapists face with client retention and session management. Â Collaborate with the admin team to resolve any therapist-related issues and ensure smooth operations. Â Ensure adherence to Faircare Counselling's mission of delivering long-term therapy, preventing client relapse, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
Requirements: Â Experience in clinical supervision or a similar role in counselling or mental health. Â Strong understanding of long-term therapy practices and therapist-client dynamics. Â Excellent communication and organisational skills. Â Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster therapist development, with a focus on client retention. Â Flexibility to manage varying workloads while prioritising long-term therapy goals. Â Registration with a professional body (BACP, UKCP, or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
