About the role: We are looking for an Enrollment Advisor to join our team. This role offers an On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $120,000 and $200,000 with no earnings cap and a comprehensive benefits package.
As an Enrollment Advisor, your role involves understanding families needs and goals, articulating ZenithÂs value propositions, and providing solutions to help them achieve their college admissions goals.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with high motivation, independence, and resilience with a track record of exceeding expectations, targets, and goals in previous roles.

Responsibilities:  Ability to develop and maintain strong and positive relationships with potential students and parents while serving as a supportive, high-energy, and trusted advisor to families  Deliver a consultative approach to enrollment by understanding a families goals, objectives, and challenges and articulating ZenithÂs value propositions that best aligns with what the family is looking for  Commit to meeting and/or exceeding monthly and quarterly enrollment goals that aligns with the increased demand from parents who have already expressed a strong interest in learning more about our program(s)  Monitor and respond promptly to various forms of communication (e.g. email, text, phone)  Accurately capture, report, track, and manage required data/metrics  Provide prompt and regular feedback on meetings and trends in weekly meetings
Qualifications:  Minimum 2+ years in enrollment, business development, customer success, account management/executive, or similar experience  Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding expectations, targets, and goals in previous roles  Ability to work one of the weekend days (Sat or Sun) consistently  Because our clients are working parents and middle school/high school students, there will be meetings on weekdays and weekends. However, you will have the flexibility to choose when you start/end work each day and which days you want to have meetings.  Self-starter / Responsible / Proactive / Autonomous  We are not the type of organization to micromanage anyone, but in return that means that you are a responsible self-starter who is always on top of returning phone calls, scheduling meetings, etc.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  You will be managing different clients (students/families), all with different personalities, which will require clear communication and strong interpersonal skills since you will be a client-facing representative.  Exhibit strong emotional intelligence and communication abilities  If you are someone who gets along well with others and finds it easy and enjoyable to communicate with people, then you would fit this role very well. Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 OTE (salary + bonus)
