Compensation and Benefits
Our Premier Service Consultants earn [(19.61 hourly] with a )2,500 sign-on bonus paid out in three installments.

Skills
 At least one year of customer service experience
 Call Center experience preferred
 Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
 Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
 Assist customers with questions and concerns on all products and services
 Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts
 Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues
 Engage with T3 support to resolve issues
 Maintain proficiency in billing, rate plans, and feature matters
 Identify and track issues to assist in root cause elimination
 Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
 Strong knowledge of AT&TÂs products and services
 Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
 Proficiency in using various systems and tools to assist customers
 Must be 18 years or older

 At least one year of relevant customer service experience
