What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Dial outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in specific products and book appointments for business partners
• Maintain a high degree of data accuracy while booking appointments for members
• Provide excellent written and verbal communication consistently
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
• Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures while informing clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school graduate or G.E.D.
• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer simultaneously
• Must be able to pass a background check

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
