What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Read and interpret customer and shipping orders from various sources, ensuring accuracy
• Input data into specific Microsoft Excel fields and verify consistency across the system
• Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor promptly
• Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and keep the data updated
• Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for a portion of the workday

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
• Patience for repetitive tasks and attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
• One to two years of experience with data entry and/or filing
• Demonstrated social perceptiveness and service orientation
