What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Read and interpret customer and shipping orders submitted in various formats
• Accurately input data into Microsoft Excel fields and other computer systems
• Verify the accuracy of data before entry and ensure consistency throughout the system
• Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor
• Perform administrative duties such as filing and copying for part of the workday

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
• Patience for repetitive work and attention to detail
• Ability to keep accurate and updated logs of ongoing work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Reading knowledge of English and Spanish
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
• Strong social perceptiveness and service orientation
