What Does An Entry Level Enrollment Representative Do?
 Engage directly with customers and clients on a daily basis to effectively showcase VerizonÂs product features and benefits
 Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales contracts, and installation appointments
 Answer customer inquiries in a comprehensive and professional manner, and confidently overturn any objections that may arise during the sales process
 Negotiate sales contracts to ensure customers are receiving services that meet their needs, and sales revenue is being maximized
 Attend training onsite and virtual Entry Level Enrollment Representative training sessions to sharpen customer service and sales skills
 Monitor customer contact rates and sales data, reporting any feedback on areas of improvement to Senior Management
What Does An Entry Level Enrollment Representative Need to Succeed?
 High school diploma or GED
 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality
 Customer-centric mindset with a drive for meeting/exceeding sales goals
 Desire to develop new skills both professionally and personally
 Ability to commute to our onsite Melville location
 Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
