Technical Bid Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Bid Manager to lead our bid management process, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within Enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex bids, analyzing RFPs, and developing winning bid strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Bid Opportunity Identification and Analysis
• Participate in growth capability calls and track potential cooperation and bid opportunities
• Analyze incoming RFPs and resource demand documents to determine project scope, relevance, and win probability
• Conduct preliminary research on potential clients and competitors through various channels (e.g., Salesforce, ResourceRadar)

Bid Strategy and Planning
• Develop comprehensive bid strategies, outlining key messages, win themes, and competitive differentiators
• Define bid team structure, assign roles and responsibilities, and establish project timelines
• Manage bid budget and documentation... (Confluence, Teams/Sharepoint, SOSHI, etc.)

Bid Response and Coordination
• Gather information and resources required for bid responses
• Review and edit bid content for consistency and compliance with client requirements
• Develop compelling narratives showcasing the company's value proposition and address client needs
• Manage a library of reusable bid content and templates

Stakeholder Management and Communication
• Act as central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in the bid process
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among bid team members
• Conduct regular progress meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment

Bid Submission and Follow-up
• Ensure all bid documents are properly formatted, packaged, and submitted on time
• Participate in bid presentations and negotiations as required
• Follow up with clients after submission to address any questions or concerns

Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bid management
• Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine bid strategies and templates
• Analyze win/loss rates and identify areas for improvement in the bid process

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in bid management, preferably in Enterprise solutions • Proven track record of managing complex bids and developing winning strategies • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills • Knowledge of Europe RFP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?70,000.00 per month
