Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer support and service to clients in the medical field. • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard procedures.

Requirements: • Previous experience in a medical customer service role. • Availability to work full-time on weekends • Type 40 wpm • Microsoft Office

Equipment Requirements: • Computer with a minimum of 1 extra monitor. • Hardwired internet connection. • Headset. • Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
• Call center: 2 years (Preferred)
