What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Input customer and account data by transcribing information from source documents into digital formats
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while performing data entry tasks
• Compile and verify the accuracy of data, sorting information according to priorities
• Review and correct any deficiencies or errors in data entries
• Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations, ensuring proper backup operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Basic understanding of touch typing systems and database management tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Familiarity with data program techniques and procedures
• Experience with scanning documents and printing files as needed
