Description and Requirements
The QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Expert Assisted role is a customer-facing position responsible for providing professional guidance to Small Business Owners managing their businesses through QuickBooks Online. This role requires a deep understanding of QuickBooks Online, along with strong bookkeeping, customer service, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will exhibit critical thinking, problem-solving, and flexibility while working in a fast-paced, virtual environment with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
 3+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
 Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience
 QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification required
 CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) preferred, but not required
 Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certificate recommended
 Customer service experience, including interacting through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and reassuring manner
 Experience supporting Payroll, Sales Tax, or Tax Preparation preferred, but not required
 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Proficient with technology, with a strong knowledge of computer software and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Dedicated high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber)
 Responsibilities
 Provide bookkeeping guidance to QuickBooks Online small business owners via video and audio tools, maintaining a professional, friendly, and reassuring tone
 Create high-quality customer interactions that instill confidence, using deep customer empathy and expertise in QuickBooks Online
 Guide small business owners on bookkeeping best practices and how to make optimal use of QuickBooks Online
 Review information input by small business owners for accuracy, assist with troubleshooting, and provide insights on their financial data
 Critical thinking and problem-solving to address bookkeeping issues and customer inquiries
 Willingness to learn and support new products and services
Scheduling (assuming current Select-time guidelines)
 20-40 hours/week
Flexible schedule, with encouragement for PM hours
