 Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
 Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
 Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to improve service delivery.
 Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Skills
 Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office... applications.
 Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
 Experience in data entry with attention to detail.
 Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
 Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment.
