What you will do:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders from R&D, marketing, sales, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to understand business needs.
• Elicit and document detailed business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to capture business needs and gather feedback.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in developing training materials for end-users.
• Work with the DataBricks team to validate platform capabilities against business requirements.

Project Management & Dashboard Development:
• Scope and assign tasks to the reporting project team.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and align them with overall project milestones and stakeholder delivery dates.
• Host and manage cross-functional team meetings.
• Provide regular status reports, manage risks, and address blockers.
• Plan and manage UAT, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
• Facilitate post-production support and oversee handoff to the operations support team with knowledge transfer (KT) and relevant assets.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user manuals.
• Ensure traceability by maintaining records of all changes to business processes and systems.

What we are looking for:
• Proven experience in business analysis within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in rare disease, neurology, immunology, or gastroenterology.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Qlik, Power BI (priority), DataBricks (DW & AI), and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in developing training assets, leading UAT, and supporting post-production efforts.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to facilitate conversations by establishing relationships with key stakeholders and the business to capture potential opportunities
