Creative Operations Coordinator (Remote)
Posted 2025-04-06The Marcom LA Team is looking for an experienced and well-organized Creative Operations Co-ordinator.
The ideal candidate will also have a passion for operational process, workflow efficiency, as well as learning new tools and applications, and the skill set to identify blockers for launch. They should also have a strong drive to improve efficiency, process and overall functionality of the... marketing tools in use and in development.
Key Qualifications
 3-5 year background experience in a co-ordinator role, whether it be in an ad operations/media trafficking, tools coordinator, or a CMS manager-based role
 1-2 year experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative services organization
 Enthusiasm to learn new platforms and workflow tools, both front-end, and back-end
 Excellent listener and note-taker with the ability to adhere to adhere to tracking of key project milestones, deadlines, and statuses
 Highly organized with an aptitude for multi-tasking while staying focused on the priority task at hand
 Holds excellent communication skills and can concisely recap progress
 Must have exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies or gaps in tool/application performance functionality
 Must possess a Âcan-do attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle
 Must be able to work under minimal supervision
 Experience with Apple suite of tools. And external platforms such as WorkFront and AirTable.
Responsibilities
 Thoroughly understands tool and systems business requirements and is comfortable reading through documentation to provide feedback and deliver project priorities
 Must be comfortable in project tracking, managing the tracking of issues flagged, functionality missing, etc.
 Effectively consolidates team and user feedback and input on associated applications
 Proactively contributes to the scope of building out upcoming features and/or functionality for live tool(s) and/or website(s), attempting to foresee any impending issues, concerns, or conflicts
 Initiative to investigate and self-teach when topics or functionality within a platform or tool is unknown
 Working across Marcom and with external to co-ordinate stakeholder to provide technical and logistic support, for onsite and external creative content reviews
