 Compensation: Base Salary over 200k plus equity
 Team Structure: You will be part of the Solutions Architecture team within Engineering, focusing on delivering innovative solutions for our external customers.
Key Responsibilities
 Engage with customers to identify and address challenges in deploying containerized workloads, particularly for complex jobs (HPC, GPU, ML, AI, etc.).
 Design and deploy robust infrastructure solutions that meet client needs.
 Collaborate with development teams to enhance processes and efficiency.
 Create and maintain documentation and repeatable processes.
Critical Qualifications
 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Engineering, or Software Engineering.
 Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (design, deployment, management) across platforms like EKS, AKE, and GKE.
 Proficiency in cloud-native, multi-cloud, or hybrid architectures, particularly AWS.
 Experience designing and implementing customer-facing cloud infrastructure components.
 Strong background in Linux-based systems and products.
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, and Bash.
 Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Helm.
 Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub Actions.
Preferred Qualifications
 Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes Operators (e.g., ECK, Prometheus, Istio, Aerospike).
 Experience in HPC engineering and orchestration, including deploying and troubleshooting schedulers in the cloud (e.g., Slurm, LFS).
 Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow).
 Understanding of FinOps best practices for cost management and cloud optimizations.
 Experience with Azure platform operations and support.
 Active involvement in Kubernetes and/or Cloud Native open-source communities.
 BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
