Responsibilities:  Contacting out list of clients to fullfill their request, schedule their follow up virtual Zoom appointment  Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments  Resolve customer inquiries, issues and ensure customer satisfaction  Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies  Process forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately  Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers  Update customer information in the database  Collaborate with team members  Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about the latest industry trends  Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing relevant insights and ideas

Qualifications:  Bilingual is not required but is a plus  1- 2 years customer support or sales experience or relevant role, is a plus but not required  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities  Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations  Proficient basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer service software and databases  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace  Familiarity with our products/services is a plus
