What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, email, or phone
• Manage client incidents and requests through to resolution
• Provide first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise
• Drive customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
• Prepare FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in the Knowledge Base, and document support related to processes and activities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional phone and listening skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and provide solutions

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a customer support role or similar environment
• Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of creating and managing documentation for support processes
