What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Manage client banking relationships with an advice-based approach to provide tailored products and services
• Engage and educate customers, establishing trust and building lasting relationships
• Collaborate with Specialists to connect clients with experts for specialized financial needs
• Proactively address potential issues to enhance the client experience
• Share and set up self-service options for clients to access their accounts 24/7

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or financial services with a track record of client acquisition and relationship management
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Strong financial planning skills and adherence to banking regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Availability to work during Virtual Branch hours, including weekends and evenings

• Experience working with affluent clients
