Job Responsibilities: Â Develop and execute early-stage user growth strategies for the app, clearly identifying target user personas and segmentation strategies, and building a systematic growth operations framework. Â Collaborate with the marketing team to acquire target users through various channels, including social media, content marketing, advertising, SEO, and App Store optimization... Â Track and analyze user data to gain insights into user needs and the pain points of habit-forming products, iterating and optimizing growth strategies based on findings. Â Work closely with the product team to design and implement user incentives, notifications, and task systems to improve early user retention.
Qualifications: Â 5+ years of relevant experience in mobile app product/user growths, data analysis, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in early-stage user growth. Â Demonstrated experience across multiple marketing channels, particularly in social media, search, advertising, and content marketing, with practical case studies. Â Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of working closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to drive growth goals.
