What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Manage current and future job openings across an assigned region
• Build applicant sources and candidate pipelines by researching community resources, databases, and colleges
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate all interviews between hiring managers and candidates
• Create offer letters, extend job offers, and coordinate start dates and paperwork for new hires
• Provide recruitment reports to team managers, including hiring metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university
• 2-4 years of experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salary roles
• Strong recruitment and interviewing skills, including targeted selection interviewing
• Knowledge of local and federal regulations and employment law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
