What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Maintain accounts payable and vendor records, processing vendor payments weekly
• Match purchase orders with invoices, verify pricing, and input invoices into the system
• Prepare various reports related to accounts payable and payroll for financial reporting
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger through journal entries and account reconciliation
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with federal payroll laws and accuracy in deductions

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Associate's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable and Payroll
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform tasks requiring prolonged sitting

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Familiarity with GAAP principles
• Experience with Dynamics Great Plains ERP or similar software
