Description:
• Serve as a key contact for clients and consumers
• Handle inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
• Actively support company-wide efforts to maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
• Proactively identify and resolve client and candidate issues
• Provide ongoing client service at the highest level
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
• Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office • Typing minimum 45 WPM • Familiarity with industry compliance standards is a plus • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously • High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry • Excellent problem-solving skills and empathy
