What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Input customer and account data by transferring information from paper documents to digital spreadsheets
• Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting any deficiencies or errors found
• Compile and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations, performing backup operations as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information throughout the data entry process

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Basic knowledge of touch typing and database management tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Familiarity with data program techniques and procedures
• Experience with document scanning and file printing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
